Meet Cherie

Hi there.

If I were an article of clothing, I’d be a denim shirt. Ok, anything denim, actually. I love old wood and mismatched things, and patina. I love nature and raw and real. For me, it is in the asymmetry that I feel the balance, in the weathering that I feel the wisdom.

I believe that how we do anything is how we do everything. Whether co-owning a multi-disciplinary therapeutic health spa, guiding students along treetops, across ridge lines, down swift and winding rivers, in college classrooms and treatment rooms, with groups and individuals, for over 30 years now, I have been facilitating experiences for people to explore their own depths of being, to grow and expand.

That goes for myself as well. I am intimately familiar with life’s trials, tribulations and triumphs. Like all of us, our roads are often long and winding. I feel immense gratitude for the gift of being a traveler, for my family who taught me what home feels like so I could go out and explore, knowing that my true home is within. I feel profoundly honored to get to have known the most extraordinary souls along the way, do the work that I do, love the people I love and create my own version of a dream life.

I look so forward to getting to know YOU and working together to create the life of YOUR dreams!

See How I Work

I love untangling things. A while back, I was telling a friend how much I love it and she said, “oh, really…” and brought me a couple of necklaces! I was thrilled! Here are the last 8 minutes or so of one of the Great Untanglings!

Whether it's necks or necklaces, regular ole life challenges or business ones, this untangling, caught on tape, turns out to be quite representative of how I go about working on things, in general. Watch it and you'll see what I mean!

Recently, my daughter has been tangling things, wrapping them up and giving them to me as gifts.

It’s a precious thing to be known.
